Ingredients:
1 whole pig (about 20 kg)
Taro root
Sweet potatoes
Bananas
Vegetables (optional)
Instructions:
Dig a hole in the ground that is large enough to fit the pig.
Fill the hole with hot stones.
Place the pig on the stones.
Cover the hole with leaves and earth.
Roast the Muumuu for 4-6 hours, or until the pork is tender.
Tips:
You can also make Muumuu in the oven at home.
