Ingredients:
800 g chicken breast fillet
2 onions
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon paprika
250 ml sour cream
1 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
Instructions:
Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes.
Chop the onions.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions.
Add the paprika and fry briefly.
Add the chicken and fry until browned.
Season with salt and pepper and add a little water.
Cover and simmer the chicken over low heat until tender.
Add the sour cream and bring to the boil.
Season with parsley.
