1 kg pork tenderloin
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
Turn the meat in the marinade to coat all sides.

Serve Djej Mchermel with rice, couscous, or pita bread.
Tips:
You can use lemon juice instead of orange juice.
Add vegetables, such as bell peppers, zucchini, or onions, to make the dish more colorful and flavorful.
Adjust the spices to your taste.
