Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
Instructions:
Marinating: Slice the pork into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, coriander, and pepper. Place the pork in the marinade and turn to coat all sides. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Grilling: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush the meat with the marinade while grilling. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serving: Serve Thit Nuong with rice, vegetables, fresh herbs, and the remaining marinade sauce.
Tips:
You can marinate the meat for longer for a more intense flavor.
The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork.
You can also serve Thit Nuong with salad, spring rolls, or other Vietnamese dishes.
